DO YOU NEED A RIDE?
OK folks, its crunch time. Winter is fast approaching and we I know there are people out there who don’t drive or don’t drive out of town so, how are you getting your groceries?
I have transportation available for you to be picked up and taken to Clinton to shop at IGA or Save-A-Lot. You can also go to Walmart or anywhere you want to shop for other things beside groceries.
This bus is handicap accessible so if you are in a wheelchair you can ride. If you would like to sign up for rides or want more information about this give me a call at 309-928-9400.
2017 Christmas Shop
Outreach will once again host their Christmas shop for families that are struggling to make ends meet. We know how important it is to make the Holidays fun and exciting for the little ones so we offer a shopping experience for parents or legal guardians to shop for their children free of charge. To make this possible we ask for donations so we can buy toys and gifts for children 6 mos. To 12 years. If you would like to donate please drop off at Outreach or mail to Outreach, P.O. Box 101, Farmer City, IL 61842. All donations need to be into Outreach by Nov. 30.
The date of this year’s Christmas Shop is Dec. 9 with doors opening at 9 am and will close at 12 pm. To be eligible children MUST be in the Blue Ridge School district.
